When you purchase hair from The Stunning Collection it operates on a preorder basis. This means that after you place your order, I will then procure the items from my supplier and send them to you. Therefore, please allow a minimum of 14 business days for your hair orders to be processed and delivered. While it may not take the full duration, this timeframe serves as the . expected period. Please be aware that delays can occur, and orders may be postponed. To ensure effective communication regarding any issues, kindly provide an updated email address and phone number.

Once your order is dispatched, which may take between 2 to 7 days, you will receive regular updates and emails regarding your order status.

After your order has been shipped, it may take up to 5 additional days for delivery. Once the package is with the delivery carrier, The Stunning Collection is no longer liable for it. In such cases, you will need to reach out to your local USPS, FedEx, or DHL for assistance.
